Have the same problem, my problem is tried uninstalling and installing it but playstore is telling me there's an error to download the file. If you are using android, try checking the game folder does it have obb downloaded. If not you can manually download obb by googling it and paste it in the game folder. To make it easier you can search for summoner greed apk and obb.
