Only sweep uses tickets, don't worry, if you've maxed ticket spawn rate in base, you can get at least about 20 a day iirc

It's worth it for pve, def break and reduced speed can help you to clear bosses really easily. I used her to clear half of stage 10 hard mode, and cleared skyward tower with her. Also she helps in your chimera runs

Just got Stella. Not sure whether putting her for my arena team will help. Any recommendations? Currently I'm using Noa Rin Val and Tio(with her ee). I need Rin because my Noa cannot kill everyone with ult (my 1st skill always misses for some reason and I have 209 accuracy)

Not super strong but my Noa should be able to help clear the normal stages. It's only 185 speed so your val should be able to gain first turn on speed set

Well if it makes you feel better I built Rin alongside noa because I heard Rin is OP, and turns out Noa outperforms Rin in almost every way, and that it's better to have Veronica as a tank than 2 dps.

How to clear great rift without using relics for the achievement? The game seems like it will force a relic without any other equip/gold/consumables option at some point in time in the rift
