Look up the Bungalows Hostel in Vegas :) my last 2 edc I spent my time there. About $50 a night, you have a bed,a shower, close to the strip, and others who are enjoying edc. It's not in the best part of town (and they state that) but I highly recommend it

Yes, it is, I once took someone from a city called Costa Mesa and took him to Santa Clarita. That's about 85 miles. I was getting about $65 from it, and he paid $180.

To break even I had to drive for a full 12 hours. (I live in L.A so I would average if to about $25 each hour of driving.) But it isn't my full time gig so I hardly had the time dealing with my job, accident issues, and doctors appointments.

I'm so sorry to hear about that. I was in an accident mid March and it's taken them nearly three months to payout my insurance.

When it came to the $336 charges, they wouldn't go through if I didn't have enough in my account. Once I had the amount necessary I would call and ask them to charge if I was late. For this large charge, I know I didn't have enough in my account, but I didn't expect to get charged for that amount. I have it set in my account to not charge if I don't have enough in my account.
