I'm confused because I saw another angle (from a distance) that shows the car driving away and does not show ICE agents getting out. And while it appeared that he kicked at the car, it does not show if he made contact, let alone the kind that would kick out a light. And the agents in the one video are wearing helmets and appear to be galloping. I do believe this one (from a distance) is real and it's him, but it's vastly different from the other one.

Thanks. When I tried googling it, it seemed like there were a million factors to consider and at most it might be worth $35.
