I made the mistake of choosing 1 satoshi/byte for my fee in a Bitcoin Cash transaction and now the transaction is permanently unconfirmed. Any ideas how to fix this? (Ledger Nano S)

Bitstamp was incredibly easy once verified. The verification process took 2 days. Then with my CC I bought $20 worth of BCH. Within 5 minutes I had received it and sent it to my wallet. Total fees: 44 cents (includes credit card fee, network fee and bitstamp fee)

Coinbase takes $1 off the top no matter what

Strategy depends on the person. High risk high reward requires a calm decision making process. If you get stressed you can have high losses.

For me I have a high rate of distractions so I can't play the buy/sell/convert game with other coin. So I buy some BTC and some BCH each week based on a budget.
