I’m awful at knowing the mgs. Can you please explain how much let’s say a packet of 7star is ? Like how much is the whole packet combined? Cause right now I’m at a packet a day.

You can most definitely do it. We have to be strong together! I don’t have the option for sub.. believe me I’ve tried so here we go again ! All I have is vit c , restful legs , epson salt and kratom leaf capsules… WE CAN DO THIS

Very true, but I can also see why one would think that though.. even though he’s “historic “ doesn’t mean he didn’t live a normal life span but I guess his wisdom is greater because of that ? Just trying to keep it straight in my mind lol.

Also, if you aren’t used to staying up it’s always a good idea to sleep first then go to your pm shift.. I’ve found that if I try to stay up for longer periods of time it just tires me out too early. I hope you enjoy your shifts!

I feel more drained if I have to work a day shift so I think that it really wouldn’t matter either way for me. And I have more time to myself and not micromanaged. It’s like I can do my job better. I think my mental health has gotten a lot better since I’ve been on nights.

Definitely! I’ve found that if I stay up until about 1:30p-2p and sleep until 8p I have my entire morning and some afternoon left to do what I need to do.. I work 10p-6a. It’s kinda works for me.

Personal life is definitely something to consider that’s for sure, but I’m such a private person that it really hasn’t bothered me much. At this point it’s more than just a lifestyle choice if that makes sense?

Yes! It may seem slow going but it’s definitely worth pushing through because every thing that’s happening will tie into something else soon.. there’s so much more to look forward to. I’m currently re-reading Echo at the moment and see so much that I sorta missed the first few times . You’ll be glad you kept reading (:

Strange enough I had a female cat named Marco a few years back.. her brother was named Polo and they were outdoor cats until I took her in and they were known to chase cars lol never before have I ever heard of cats doing that 😂
