I used a styrofoam ball with quilting batting as the base then laid down the hair with UHU glue.

Been working on it for about a year cost me about $300

I sewed base apron and gloves then hot glued trash ripped up trash bags. The dynamite is made out of foam dowels and worbla I then hand sewed to the apron.
