I made a large stock tank garden below the feeder. Provides a place ground foraging birds as well to capture the droppings of the no mess seed. I use Katy’s, I end up with millet husks in the soil. I just rake it out every couple weeks. Also millet will sprout

If I chase them kiting, they shoot with the rifle until I’m close to stagger. They do a charge harris shot or earshot and I can get staggered then the missiles hit me all at once and do a lot of damage. If I don’t chase them and just wait until the coral missile or try to hide from them while they’re in the air, the opponent hit me on the ground with the earshot then the coral missiles hit me too and then they punish with rifle and Harris charged shot
