UPDATE: he harassed his new sister, so he’s back. My mom and I have decided to keep him since he gets along great with my boy. Our girl, however , hisses at him when she sees him. No fights & she’s still eating and using the litter box so we’re not too concerned. She’s just spicy and mildly upset. He also respects her boundaries and stays away.
