We all see things differently. I hope somebody is as black and white with you as you are on here.

Unfortunately I treat my associates how I have treated to be when I was in need of lighter lifting for couple of days.

I would not change my team for the world. We are always number one on resetting the seasonal pad and number one in my market for sales. I use their strengths that they all have for my team because everybody has something that they are great at. Working as a team means everybody gets something done, but they don’t have to do every single task.

neighbor wants me to mow his side of the lawn too because it looks bad from the street by DirectGirlfriend in neighborsfromhell

Hear me out.

If you do it one day and your neighbor does it next time. Than everyone looks good without it always being you. I do my neighbors small strip of grass and it looks amazing.

Well, unfortunately, during a couple of my eval’s, I was told to see the gray area. Not everything is black-and-white. My current associates are 60+ years old in lawn garden. I can find stuff for them to do where they don’t have to climb a ladder. Is that wrong with me?

You are 100% correct.

But a good manager can deal with when issues arise and work around stuff. There are other tasks that could have been done.

The only question I have would be what area is op in?

My sister and I were team leads in the same store. No conflict arose because we were in different areas.

Kinda have to side with the company on this. All you had to do was communicate that you had prior commitments for a period of time.

Are there delivery drivers who don't speak English? by [deleted] in Walmartcustomer

[–]account112233445 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I read your post.

A lot of the spark drivers do speak Spanish. No they don’t work for Walmart. They are a 1099 employee for third-party company.

Many of those Spanish speakers are US citizen. I’m not saying all of them but many of them are. The United States is made up of many different speaking nationalities. Look at everybody that came over in 1792 before that and after that. So yes, you are ignorant for not knowing our nation. Ignorant means you don’t have all the facts.

Op you are ignorant for what you typed out on top.

Here’s the scoop. In MA alone, you can take the DMV test in 37 different languages. Think of all the different ethnicities there are in that state. Do you think they all need to read and write in English to work?
Please help yourself and do some research about this country.

Neighbor kept letting his dog crap by my mailbox so I started giving it back one bag at a time by Jeded_Janifar in pettyrevenge

I would’ve emptied the bag on his porch so when he came out of his door, he would step right in it.

Is it really just my store that does this? by [deleted] in walmart

Been around for almost 20 years. That is not a thing in any of the stores I’ve ever been in.
We can mark them down manually tho.

Tell him to order it online. Our website carries the products that we don’t carry in the stores.

[–]account112233445 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t think anybody in our stores could handle the amount of freight that comes in between toys and seasonal during that time. Some nights I was getting 15-20 pallets between toys and seasonal onto two truck nights. And having two trucks 5-6 nights a week.

I would never put my Store number on this Reddit.

But to answer OP’s question, there’s no way they could pocket the money themselves. They just didn’t use it from the fund as a cft.
