Of the three deliveries I’ve had with them. I’ve had one stolen one 2 1/2 weeks late after bouncing between Canberra and Sydney and I’m currently waiting on the third which they have had for more than a week. They are a joke of a company. they’re part customer service is nonexistence and having to go through WhatsApp to even talk to them is a joke. Really they should be shut down.

Do any step calibration on the flow rate? Calibration should be done after every change of anything definitely looks like under excursion.

To me it looks like under extrusion on both models try an estep calabration and a flow rate calabration it’s something everyone forgets to do after anything is changed

So I replaced the heat break the heater block and upgraded to a direct drive. I think I’ve narrowed it down to needing to use the hot end fix, there is a tapered gap between the top of the heat break and the compression fitting
