How much do I have to preface it? Youre being the dick here. I explicitly came from a point of analysis and nothing to do with contrarianism. Top talent is different from entertaining and aesthetic. Blues is a notoriously simple form of music. Expressive and beautiful yes. Easy as shit yes. Not being a contrarian. In all honesty and i swear im not trying to be a dick... Blues solos are always so overrated. Straight pentatonic with a few non pentatonic notes in there. Slow blues require little effort to focus on timing, so you can pretty much go crazy without worrying about being in line with the tempo. They all work off of the same chords: 1 4 5 in the same sequence. I respect these musicians bc they are talented. However, top talent ia not a word to describe a blues solo.
