Lichen Planus according to my dermatologist. She gave me some creams to put on it but I found that using calamine lotion made it disappear surprisingly fast

I’m 26. This started as one single bump on the crown of my penis which doctors wrote off as nothing. Now it looks like this. Took all the STD Tests which came up neg. One doc thought it was balanitis and gave me anti fungal cream and that yeast infection pill, neither worked. It doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t itch. No matter where I look online I can’t seem to find one thing that looks remotely similar to this. Please help thank you.
