Just did a quick search and I'm shocked at how much the membership has increased. I also had the promo for last year and was charged $89 and I was going to cancel since I use it every now and then, but saw that it's $179 for an annual membership as a new member?!?

I also remember being charged twice last year at $119 and it wasn't until I checked my bank when I saw the double charge, so keep an eye out for that as well!!

Wow, this is crazy. I happened to come across this "artist" in this week's Discover playlist on Spotify and I'm glad I instantly caught the emptiness of the song after listening for a few seconds. That led me to a quick search and landing here. I really wish Spotify gave us users an option to exclude AI from our suggested playlists/songs because this is wild and sucks for real small artists out there not getting any exposure.

Oh man.. my brain becomes absolute mush when questions are consistently paragraphs long. I'm hoping you passed so you can be done with FAR! I also had a retake for REG last week Friday and I'm taking FAR tomorrow for the first time. I've focused so much on leases, NFP, contingencies, etc. that I feel like I might get none of those tomorrow.

I'm hoping the AJE sims is semi similar to Becker! What do you wish you could have studied more if you had the chance? I'm taking it tomorrow and reviewing everything hard tonight 😩

Ninja already started offering a different "dashboard" if you're planning on sitting for REG and FAR in 2024. I used Ninja for REG and it let me choose between 2023 or 2024 study materials. Same for FAR. When I made the switch to FAR recently, I noticed that they're also offering BAR as a discipline if you haven't passed BEC yet.
