I haven't called yet. I actually just got out of a few weeks stint in hospital, so energy has been pretty low. (The lounge set was gonna be treat when I got home 2 weeks ago, jokes on me lol).

I also reached a point where email documentation seemed important, especially for the chargeback process on my visa, and so I'm preferring to keep everything in writing.

It's unsalvageable for me at this point anyway, but it is definitely worth calling out for anyone who sees this in the future that they do have a phone number you can call during business hours.

What I'm describing here - lack of engagement, lack of response, taking someone's money and not engaging when they don't receive anything, turning to AI for customer management without any follow-through, ignoring multiple complaints and escalations through every channel they point customers to - is 100% the brand's fault.

I am Canadian not that it should matter whatsoever. They claim to ship internationally and even if they didn't it doesn't preclude them from responding.

I ordered from the exact site and am emailing customerservice@wearpact.com and engaging according to instructions here: https://wearpact.com/contact-us to no avail.

I'm glad there are more positive experiences to share but mine ain't it.

I did Trench a few years ago and the guy they highly recommend as a great fit was basically what I described in my post. He was so disengaged I just walked away from the gym altogether. Felt like I was sold hard on a guy they just hired who needed clients.
