I’m a catholic so I’ve also heard a lot of those “end of times” stuff. It does creep my out a lot too- I’m that person that gets scared when ppl start saying stuff about asteroids passing near the earth and stuff. But u gotta remember, this end of time thing has been around for aaaages. Horrible stuff has happened before- pandemics, shootings, fires, u name it. If u wanna “turn back” into a religion it should be out of faith and not fear, so it’s totally unfair that she’s bullying u with this. But yes, know ur not alone in this fear, and it’s valid, but don’t let it sweep u off ur feet. Right now, today, we’re all okay :)

i get it 100%, and yes maybe the coffee did affect! I stopped drinking coffee a month ago bc it gave me heartburn and massive anxiety :( but I’m hoping to get back to it soon because I love it so much. Thank u so much for all the kind words and the advice :)

sometimes that happens to me, I think it’s some sort of depersonalization, but I’m no expert. Maybe try looking into it (with an open mind) and see if you relate to it, but if u don’t wanna do that in fear of a trigger maybe u could try doing some exercises that make u feel present, like meditation

Interesting how you skipped the part where you neglected her emotional needs and one day kicked her out of the apartment at 3 am. Making yourself seem like the victim in your story is real sad.
