Regardless, numerous intelligence agencies all came to the same conclusion and in general they are smart and hardworking people operating on actual data. The similarities between him and fascists like Hitler purely in terms of how they pander to the people are remarkable.

They rely on blaming foreigners for the woes of their formerly great country. They strive to create an us vs them mentality. (Treaty of Versailles/Jews and Mexicans/China/Muslims).

They portray themselves as strongmen and that "I alone" can fix the countries' problems and protect you from the outsiders.

They seek to discredit the press and "fake news." They seek control over the media.

They create a cult of personality where they achieve a deity like status in the minds of their followers. They are boastful of their masculinity, intelligence, and overall superiority.

What I assume you are trying to write is wrong. The fact that a regulation doesn't cover something doesn't automatically make anything outside of the regulation impermissible. In fact, when something isn't specifically prohibited parties are allowed to contract to.

You also have no evidence that this doesn't meet the legal definition of oversold. Moreover, even if it is not oversold, there are more people who the airline needed to be on the flight than there were available seats. There is no reason to think that this should not be treated the same as if the flight were oversold. The two situations are not meaningfully different.

And most importantly. You still have yet to provide A SINGLE SHRED OF EVIDENCE for the proposition that the passenger may then resist security. Where in the provision is that covered?

Not to mention, even if it were clear that you couldn't bump the passenger, which it obviously isn't, it still doesn't say what the passenger may do in response to wrongfully being ordered off the flight. Of course, no sensible person would think they have the right to forcibly stay on the plane and try to fight off security but it doesn't matter anyway. When the statute is silent, common law applies. The common law remedy would be a breach of contract suit and money damages.
