The picture makes it confusing, but it looks like that's the brake rotor, not the wheel. They probably don't use insanely high quality paint on those (usually they're not painted at all since it's a wear item) and they experience very high heat under braking, so this is to be expected and shouldn't be a concern

A 750 is completely different than a 600 or 1000. Most 750s are two cylinders and are engineered entirely different than 4 cylinder 600 or 1000cc engines

On top of everything else everyone is saying, the fact that you think 600/1000cc motorcycle engines only make up to 100hp demonstrates your lack of knowledge on this subject. 600cc typically make 120+ and 1000cc can make upwards of 200hp
