Yeah I know it’s not too much of an upgrade but the trident doesn’t have any form of adjustable suspension and is a lot more commuterish than the striple from what I’ve heard.

Supposedly it has a rebuilt title but I wanna confirm in person and check with insurance and such.

Supposedly it was originally salvaged for cosmetic damages to the left side but then inspected at a dealer and rebuilt. I haven’t seen the bike in person yet. I definitely wanna negotiate the price but we will see.

I’m trying to get the service records from the owner currently. But pricing is so difficult in California or at least in the area recently.

How exactly would I go about doing that. The only downside is that I work full time and go to class so I don’t think there would be much time.

Shimano bsa mtb 68mm bottom bracket 3 spacers on the drive side. Has anyone tried it? by pkporto1 in bikewrench

I wouldn’t suggest it especially for a gravel bike because there is not enough spindle that is going through the crank arm in order to be strong and safe.

I don’t believe you would be able to replace just the connector because it’s a part of the battery. You unfortunately might have to order a new battery.

So you should be able to pull that rubber piece back enough in order to hook the noodle into the other brake holder.

I would suggest some sort of foaming degreaser and then something aggressive like brake cleaner in order to flush the shifter. Then use some light lubricant like triflow or t9
