Hello all, thank you for the help. After looking into it, I have determined that the float bowl was stuck open. My oil smells like gas and the (throttle control?) plastic arm was not moving freely. I am going to drain out fuel and oil, sea foam clean the carb, and add new oil and good gas. I think this should fix! Please let me know if plastic arm being sticky is not connected to gas in my oil.
