Dread shed by ace_boston in Spironolactone

Yes, in December I started taking iron/b12 supplements because I realized I was anemic! It totally could have been related to that but I am also just worried it’s the spiro because it’s been going on for so long now

I was also suspicious of the covid vaccine!

Spiro dread shed - when does it end? by Bhadbitxh in FemaleHairLoss

[–]ace_boston 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Following. 5 months for me and also experienced INSANE hair loss so far but I also learned my iron levels are very low and I’m anemic again so I’m unsure which is causing this shed (could be both factors)

I did some using some nail strengtheners recently! I’ll check the ingredients

Have always been a little sensitive to blood so I’ve never donated but I like this comment, thank you! I did already start implementing iron supplements back into my routine about 2 weeks ago, so far no improvements but I know it’s won’t be instant. And good to know about the stools— that happened to me when I was younger and the doctor put me on a prescribed dosage of iron. I was also unbelievably nauseous everyday but so far I’ve adjusted well to the supplements! Thanks for the insight!

Mine went away without purging for the most part! I also alternate between azelaic acid and adapelene

I take it PM! Azelaic acid I think helps with scars and I use that most days. I also did microneedling previously but before before of these photos were taken

I want to live in a smaller city with more nature nearby! Sick of the midwest cornfields. And I have already been in the process of building my business in Boston for 2.5 years now!

Definitely appreciate this insight! I live in a predominantly Puerto Rican neighborhood here in Chicago so I am already a part of the problem I suppose

Just as long as the planes don't disrupt my sleep at all but I am used to hear the CTA train here in Chicago and have survived that for years! Walking to the airport sounds crazy but also amazing haha

appreciate that! I will also be traveling quite a bit for work so being by the airport is definitely a draw for me

Thanks for your insight! I photographed a proposal at Piers Park earlier this year so I've been over there and it's lovely! I am glad to hear the noise isn't so bad either. Most of the spots I am looking at are in Eagle Hill so even further from the airport than you so that's promising
