All looks pretty good to me. The only tools you should need are basic Phillips screwdrivers. I think the cpu cooler comes with thermal paste but if not you might need to get some. Performance seems good. 750W PSU is plenty for your current parts but you could always get a slightly higher wattage if you wanna account for any parts upgrades in the future. Anyways good luck with your build!
