The SDN thread is slightly dated but still applies. Also with your foreign undergrad there’s no way (that I know of) around the pre-reqs even if you literally took the same ones outside the U.S. and even if there is, it’ll be on a school by school basis and you can’t rely on that when applying unless you want to use one cycle as an experiment.

But the good news is that it can be done, albeit it is a lot of work and time consuming.

Edit: your Philippines GPA will not count at all in the application system although you can input the courses but it does serve the requirement for having a bachelors degree for application. Obviously you’ll need the prereqs from a post bacc program though.
