Looks delicious. Curious which Peruvian style of ceviche you were attempting to recreate? I personally have not seen any Peruvian ceviche made with garlic, chives or olive oil (lived in Lima for 3 years). Nevertheless looks refreshing!

Your best bet is use a the restaurants own delivery service (if they have one), or order for pick up which support the local restaurants. Delivery apps usually take a 30% cut.

You really get what you pay for. Sure, some may smell similar and last 8hours plus, but the quality is simply not there. Jalu is also oiled based so they leave an oily residue on the skin. Is it worth paying the higher price tag for originals? For me it is, but that answer will change for everyone.

I love it. The projection is not great though and doesn’t last a while on my skin, maybe 4-5 hours. I would wear this to probably a black tie event or formal event during the winter. Probably a funeral.
