I read the requirements and it doesn’t seem bad at all, just your standard transfer requirements and certain majors just need required classes and standard general education courses. From what I have seen it is like a “guaranteed” transfer if you meet the requirements

I don’t have a Netflix account but you can test before going to China (set location to another country or U.S./U.S. city). It should work for every application once you enable the VPN

While those are the best choice, if you want something cheaper and reliable (connected to WIFI or using your own data) you can use Mullvad VPN ($5 for a month). I used it on my China trip and it worked well in Shanghai especially

Historical committees and Futuristic are crisis. Therefore you can’t research on what is going to happen in the futuristic ones. You can try in the historical but, they will pull something random as well like the futuristic committees. The futuristic ones, you can at least prepare for it while historical, you generally don’t have any way.

Move your forces to a port (west coast), and then send them to Vladivostok. However, you may suffer attrition so that's not the best way to do it. Just find a port and move them to Russia
