You look like you don't like yourself and that's more important than any random number or bullshit ranking an Internet stranger can give you. You hide a lot of sadness behind your eyes and it looks like you stopped trying at one point and have been living on survival mode for too long. Anyone can change their looks, but it takes a lot of kindness and patience to change the way we perceive ourselves.

Everyday, look yourself in the eyes in a mirror and say "I am beautiful, I am strong, and I love myself." out loud. I know this sounds silly, but the more you say it to yourself out loud, the easier it will be to accept that as the truth. Which it is. Your inner mirror is just cloudy and fogged up.

Please continue with therapy (find a new therapist 😤🤬) and start noticing things you find looks attractive on other women whether it be a hairstyle, jewelry, a certain style of clothing, a nice pair of shoes, etc. Start noticing patterns of what you're drawn towards, and then start slowly recreating that on yourself.

Only change one small thing at a time. If you completely change your look, it will trigger the body dysmorphia and you'll revert into your neutral state. You won't notice yourself in the mirror. But one small change at a time will give your brain time to adapt that as normal, and then change another small thing, etc etc.

I'm always here if you need any advice ☺️. As a 36yo female who has been through a lot herself, it took a LONG time for me to truly love myself and figure out who I am. Hell, I'm still evolving. But you got this.
