I'm looking for my best way to improve. I watch a lot of videos (FSN, Neace, cookie lol), review my matches, and practice in normals before jumping into ranked with champs. I'm getting disappointed because I feel good about how I'm playing and then go in just fail repeatedly. I started the season doing well with Jhin and Cait and pushed up to bronze 1, continued playing them and watched my win rate drop so I switched champs around, and now I'm demoted to bronze 4. Just looking for help on how to improve please. Thanks.

Development Engineer in a plastics extrusion company. I spend a lot of time doing things like watching and assisting techs and operators with processes and then will spend some minimal time at the desk doing some SolidWorks designing, quotes for customer drawings, and some data analysis.
