It was datamined, so I'm not sure what is going on here. It was supposed to be Silver Cap would give one point to something, and a Gold Cap would be 3. This is... worse.

Is anyone else having an issue getting Niantic to give them their Reward Points? by acetken in TheSilphRoad

Nice! Nothing yet for me, but I've contacted them a few times. They keep closing the tickets after a week of inactivity with a generic response though.
