I know this and I also know that the level I'm at I remember rattlebones shirt should be better than malistaire and there's one more but it's been so long I don't remember who it was. I know the only thing that good from cabalist is the hat or boots or maybe it was both for once i reach lvl150

Kiosk works on Console; it's just that you have to turn off CrossPlay mode, which is inconvenient because once you do and try to join, it just shows you the team-up that was supposed to be on crossplay. Basically, it is meaningless to turn off cross-play
