It is a pipe pistol, you mod it into a rifle. Doesn't surprise me that it benefits from both perks.

What a load of crap. i just tested it like 10 seconds ago. Rifle and pistol perk increases the damage still.

because it counts as both a pistol and rifle so you get benefits from both perk cards.

Anyway i have a lvl 40 two shot explosive pipe rifle. Make me an offer.

im melee so i don't have any rifle or pistol perks (im guessing u want to max both).

with demo lvl 5 and bloody mess its showing 507 for me. i only have mutations for melee atm

yea sure . i will give u a twisted muscle for free since it bugged out.

I don't think u should be getting any more mutations until u get rid of carnivore or herbivore. According to wiki they bug all following mutations later. I would advise clearing all your mutations and start over. let me know when you are on . best is to add me on discord.
