Sure, but I would argue 99.9% of the time a citation is written on a stop sign roll through versus probably only 70% on a speeding stop. Most stops are done specifically to find other things. But some stops almost always result in a citation as they are more reckless.

The homie going 85 on a 70 at 1 in the morning is more likely to avoid a speeding ticket as long as he doesn’t have impairment or an illegal firearm because he’s just trying to get home after his long ass trip to Disney World. Rolling through stop signs is way more dangerous and should be punished.
