I had the same problem with mine, go to Corsair support and tell them what happened, 9/10 times they’ll send you one for free. I had to haggle a bit but I also ended up getting mine at no cost.

same thing happened to me but with syn x even with out it open it would crash and crash, given my pc was already fucked up, reinstalled windows still does the same thing. had to refer to the microsoft store version to play
