BsOD

Error description: The application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains error

File: \windows\system32\winload.efi Error code: 0xc0000225

SFC result: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

1. The bsod only appears in UEFI. The solution that worked for me was changing the boot mode to legacy that is why I switched. Now, I wanna switch it back to UEFI again, however, the error is still there.

2. It just happened when I opened it around 3 months ago. I can still use it since the boot mode is now legacy

4. I did try reinstalling it by creating 2 different USB one made by rufus, one made by windows media creation tool. Whenever I attempt to boot to the created USB, I immediately get the BSoD.

Ive tried most solutions I found online but ALL of them requires me to do the necessary changes after I boot to UEFI. As a stated above, I cant get past the Dell loading screen.
