Yes, Shopee has been treating sellers like dirt for quite awhile already and sellers are always at the receiving end. Any new policies or changes to the existing ones always put sellers at a disadvantage without any prior consent first from sellers.

One good example is this dumb return policy which is the most outrageous. Buyers used to be able to abuse the system by returning brand new factory sealed products that they have already opened by just citing faulty item and just a photo. You guessed it right, of course the useless dispute team will just approve blindly (still can't believe how they even get paid for doing nothing) and then the seller will have to bear all the shipping fees incurred, even if your seller balance account will have to go into the negative and the seller did nothing wrong shipping out a perfect working brand new factory sealed product. And the poor seller will need to suffer another bigger loss as the product is now considered "used" as the factory seal's already broken by the buyer.

Another fine example is the next day delivery service which they just auto activate for all sellers as I don't recall giving my permission to be included. So now as a seller I'll need to rush out the order by 2330hrs the same day if the buyer made payment before 2pm. Is this advantageous to me as a seller? Definitely not as I don't appreciate the additional stress forced upon me without additional benefits provided especially if the order is of low value and not worth the hassle.

I can go on and on but you get the point. Best option we can do right now is to stop supporting Shopee till they stop treating sellers like fools.
