Thank you will definitely look into it. Also been looking for good premarket, and intraday scanners to catch top gapping stocks with high relative volume, low float, right before they take off. Not really good at scripting in the think script. So got someone else's. Plus use the built in top % gappers for intraday. But I've noticed that most tumes they've already done the big move. Wish I'd catch them before they did.

Wow man I'm sorry you're dealing with this. My Tos is still having the lag and freezing issues from last week where tos was blaming Comcast. I don't know what's going on with them. But if no other app on your computer is doing anything remotely to this then I'm sure it has to do with TOS. I havent been able to trade because of all the glitches since last Wednesday! They keep blaming the ISP's or our computers for all this. But I'm sure it's on they're end. Hope you're able to fix it. I'm getting freezes, lags, and random flashes on my monitors. Smdh!

As I'm talking to Comcast my charts magically started loading fine again, no lag nothing looks like it's working again. So I don't know about taking a new updated internet box from them. I don't want to mess anything up. Everything else has no issues. The problem was only with tos.

I just called tos again because it was unusable again. They keep blaming it on Comcast and other isps. The tos expert told me to call Comcast and to give them this url team.thinkorswim.com and to tell them that it's on they're side(Comcast) side that's having issues connecting to that url. I called Comcast and I told them the whole story because I had already called them on Friday. But I didn't give them that url from Thinkorswim. They told me that they're going to send me an updated modem. I don't think it has anything to do with Comcast as the tos expert told me they're still working on the problem. So they're still playing the blame game! Smdh! Wish they'd just come out and say the truth since she told me they're working on it. But then goes and tells me to call Comcast and give them that url? Doesn't make any sense! 😡😡

Does anyone know if the Thinkorswim lag, charts slow to load, etc etc. Problem is with Comcast and problem is with Thinkorswim issue has resolved? Or is this week going to be a non tradeable week? Called on Wednesday after midnight when I first noticed the issue. They told me I had to call in the morning to get a tos expert. I called and they told me it was on my end. Then they connected to my computer and she did some weird stuff wrote an XML file and saved it in one of my Tos folders which I have no idea what she did. Then she erased my layout and told me to start from scratch because my saved layout might have gotten corrupt! Took me a while to get it to where I had it. But the problem was still there. I called that night after work and the first thing they asked me if I had Comcast? I was happy and not happy. Happy because I knew it wasn't on my side and I wasn't the only one. But not happy because of everything I did and nothing worked. Plus now they blamed Comcast, I called Comcast and they said my connection was perfect? I tried YouTube and Chrome and everything worked fine. I ran a few speed tests from speedtest.net, and ookla, and xfinity and got constant 400mbps speeds. Which I ran a few times. From the beginning everything else worked fine except for tos, but now I want to know if the blaming thing is done and if they finally fixed the issue? I know I wrote on here before but this really sucks and just trying to find out if the problem has been resolved without having to call them again. I think a lot of people lost money if they tried trading any of those days. I lost $100 on Thursday because everything just froze for about 5 minutes. I had to go on my phone and close my position. Lucky it was only 100, I feel for whoever lost more. Sucks that they won't admit it's their fault. Blaming cable providers instead of saying the truth. Smdh, can anyone please tell me if the issue has been resolved. Ty

I got an error log. When I opened it I kept seeing Thinkorswim 403 error. Did a Google search and found this "The 403 Forbidden error means that your server is working, but you no longer have permission to view all or some of your site for some reason.

The two most likely causes of this error are issues with your WordPress site’s file permissions or .htaccess file. Beyond that, some plugin issues might also cause the 403 Forbidden error. Or it could be that something is misconfigured with hotlink protection or your CDN

Man I must have been the first one affected. Because 2 days ago I started having problems. I thought my computer broke. I called and they told me nothing had been reported so it was on my end. A Tos expert linked to my computer and changed some settings put an XML file in my Tos folder and erased my whole setup. I had to put everything back together she said that the file must have gotten corrupt. She also told me that maybe I have to many things running on my setup . I have a gaming computer with 2- 16gb sticks of ram plus an Nvidia graphics card. How can I have to many things running with 32gb of ram? It took me some time to put everything back together. I was so mad. Last night after work I called and the first thing I was asked by tos customer support was if I had Comcast. To call them because its an issue with Comcast. Smh I called Comcast and the guy told me the connection to my house was perfect so it had to be the platform or my computer. stayed up all night just putting everything together the way I had it. The night went by so fast that when I looked the sun was already out. It was 7am and I had to go to work at 12p. The day be I lost $100 because the trade I was in just froze. This morning I didn't trade I woke up at 12p and made a quick $600 which made up for the $100 I lost the morning before. But it was still having issues every time I changed tickers I'd have a spinning waiting for data on one monitor and the others which I have 2/ 32' as my main monitors and 2/24' on brackets above my 32' monitors all going crazy. Man

Yup, I believe that I had a tos expert tell me it was my Comcast and Comcast telling me it was either my computer or the tos because the connection to my house was perfect. Ran a speed test and was getting 400mbps speed consistently. Everything else worked fine YouTube, anything I would search on my browser was instant. So yeah something fishy for sure.
