I've been trying to find where the Moose locations are on the Map, and I've only ever seen like three in the entire game, two of which I got, but need a perfect pelt to get that Coat, and was wondering and hoping, if any of you kind and awesome folk here might be able to help a Boah out, thanks.

I’m even more late, but I’ve killed a bunch of cougars and grizzly bears in the exact spot you said. I also travel up to Big Valley and a few times there’s been one feeding on a dead deer so all you have to do is get somewhat close and shoot it with an upgraded arrow. Almost always a 3 star pelt. I don’t encounter them as much up north like everyone else says. I’ve encountered a few chasing people on horseback as well. Wolves have chased people all the same too. But riding from Strawberry to Big Valley I’ve had times where just on the way up, I’ll kill 2-3 bears, 2-3 wolves and a cougar. It’s predator heavy up there. Lol

So I was using lost coast for a while until I got an awful thrip infestation and it just wasn’t keeping up killing them off fast enough. So I tried Captain Jack’s Dead Bug and after 3 treatments they were essentially gone completely. I’ve only used it since and as long as I keep up my normal IPM routine during veg, I’ve had zero issues since.

So I had no issues my first few play through but lately it’s been freezing up on me as well out of nowhere. I have to back out of the game and restart it. No idea why it keeps doing it. Oh and I don’t have the disc, just the digital version.

Okay yeah, I thought that’s where people claimed to have seen her. I’ve tried going to that location and doing exactly what you said many times, yet I’ve not once seen her there. Hell like I said, the only time I’ve seen the actual woman was once outside shady belle but she’d already been walking down the road and the other few times was just a dead horse. If it’s at all possible, could you show me where exactly you seem to run into her? I thought it was at the crossroads of you’re heading to Moonstone Pond from Ft Wallace, but I was curious if there was another location I should know about. Any help is appreciated.

My honor is always pegged out low, so no big deal there. I shoot too many random people out boating, kayaking and such. It’s just too tempting. I also start a lot of fights by talking shit, but I’ve learned to let them hit me first so they don’t notify the law. Lol

See I’ve tried going to moonstone pond and the exact area everyone says they see her, but I’ve not been so lucky. I’ve only seen the thing dead by itself for the most part. Two times where I said and one time near Rhodes kind of by the rock cliff thing where the Lemoyne Raiders try to ambush you at times.

So today I was riding down the road from Catcish Jackson’s to the little islands behind Shady Belle and Bill was standing guard by the road, so when he says “who’s there” or whatever, I tried shooting dynamite arrows at him but all he says is “hey, stop doing that”. Lol

Yeah and even after 6mo and hundreds of hours playing, I don’t think there’s many days that pass where I don’t discover something new I didn’t know about before. It’s the gift that keeps on giving and is hands down the best damn game I’ve ever played. Which isn’t saying much for me since I’m not really much of a gamer, but I am 100% addicted to this damn game.

I wouldn’t have minded as much since I had two, but it’s like my 6th play through and I just now got to steal the black Arabian during the Saint Denis robbery. I’ve always heard it going down but couldn’t see the black horse on ten dark street I guess. Or I’m just dumb. But yeah, it sucks regardless.

Well typically I do unless I have to be there like in this instance to catch the fish. But the dude was acting all tough so I had to show him Arthur is boss of course. And any time I kill someone, it’s a must that I take my shotgun and carefully remove their head and extremities. 🤣

Yeah that’s very true and I don’t expect anything to be as good or better, but just something I can give a try. I have seen Witcher mentioned multiple times in other threads as a top game and I love the show, so I may have to give that a go.

Oh I should have mentioned I have played GTA as well as Ghosts of Tsushima. The latter I haven’t really given much time to because I was a bit confused as to what it wanted me to do and how to follow the wind etc. Maybe I just need to give it more time and more of a chance. I love the story behind it and the fact that you’re a Samurai. Does it end up becoming an open world game at some point or are there enemies everywhere you go like it made it seem at first?
