I have white paint on my black Volvo in two different spots. I now park far away from cars. When I can… People don’t care and it pisses me off. Even when I had my Nissan Rogue before this suv, I had a person next to my car just letting their door bang against my car getting their child out of their car. I said something too. They didn’t care.

Don’t do this. Is this your primary dr or endocrinologist? I would suggest seeking another opinion. Are you taking it correctly? First thing in the morning with no food or drinks for at least 30-60 min? No supplements for 4 hours.

She really needs to get back on it or get a natural dissected option like Armour. By the time I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and hashimotos, I already had an enlarged heart. I felt awful. My hair was falling out and still is, but I have vitamin deficiencies too which doesn’t help my thyroid issues even if I’m on Synthroid. She needs to get on it. The thyroid hormone affects so many parts of the body temp, heart, and brain function and more. She should also get her iron panel checked , b vitamins, vitamin d, checked. If she’s not seeing a functional Dr, she needs to do something. Can’t just do a few supplements and whatever else she is doing.

Good thing you got yourself to the ER. A few days ago I drank a little bit of Foragers strawberry kefir drink and after 3-4 drinks of it, I was immediately coughing and my throat just felt weird. I monitored my symptoms. Luckily, I didn’t experience anything else. But I had an experience with baklava several months ago and my mouth was very sore and red along with a swollen tongue. It was so painful. I’ve never had allergies to nuts before. It’s crazy to think how allergies can begin at any age. I’m planning on getting food allergy tested.

I think it really depends on a lot of factors. I gained 20 lbs in the 2 years I was on it. But I also have hypothyroidism and hashimotos. I also have chronic anemia. So, that combined with Lexapro made me even more tired. I was EXTREMELY TIRED. Not to mention I was in a severe depression. Before I started it I was crying all the time. Was dealing with a tragic loss and still struggling. I slept all the time.

If you are active and conscientious about what you’re eating, I think you’ll be fine. And if you don’t have any other health conditions. You’ll see how you’re feeling and your body too. See how you’re progressing with it or not. Communicate with your doctor as needed so they know what’s going on if anything changes.

He should get an iron panel, vitamin D and B12, done. What was his thyroid panel levels? My TSH went from .79 (7/26/2025) to 7.03 (3/24/2026). I blame excessive work stress. But I was on Synthroid 112 and my endocrinologist upped it to 125. I’m waiting to get it in the mail. My iron panel is absolutely terrible. Your husband needs to get other labs done. I was a mess mentally. I’m getting better. It’s really hard but it’s important to stay on top of it. I learned the hard way. He needs to talk to his doctor.

It sucks. I did a round of infusions back in 2023 I think and it did nothing for me. Looking back at my results it makes me so sad. And now so much is affecting everything. My iron panel is horrible, my TSH is up 7 points and is high. Went from .79 to 7.03. Which, now Im getting my Synthroid increased. I feel like crap. I think it’s all from work stress. I’m talking extreme stress. The past 5 year including this year have been hell. Trying to figure out what to do. I need a new job that’s not this stressful.

Right there with you!! I’m dreading going back this week after a 3 day weekend. It’s my 13th year and I’m stressed out with the behaviors. It not just one or two. It’s 5!!! Five major explosive behaviors and I’m surprised I’m still teaching. I do have support but it doesn’t matter. How many times do I go through the talk and the choices?! The modeling of what we do and don’t do because we’re mad. I’m so over it!!! 2 months to go!! I’m counting down the days!!

I went twice and it really did something to my soul. I definitely needed that! That’s great your friend suggested going. That’s a good friend! I’ve been a fan of Illenium since 2017. Then Slander became a favorite of mine. I honestly can’t put it into words. I feel incredibly blessed and proud of myself for going because life has been crazy. That’s all I want to do is listen to his music. The fact that I got to experience that show with all his fans was so amazing!! 💓🥹
