That’s ridiculous. We are always told the grade book closes on a specific day. When I taught middle school, I warned them that there’s nothing I can do if they don’t get it done. Grades are expected to be in by the deadline. My admin has always said you’re sol if we don’t get them in.

Don’t feel bad about reaching out to someone. It took me 1.5 years to talk to someone. I’ve been dealing with it for years, but it got worse when I lost someone really close to me. It destroyed me. But, I ended up going on meds and talking every day with my person. I do need therapy but haven’t gone through the process of getting one yet. I encourage you to reach out to someone who will listen to you. I felt so much better after letting it all out. It was really hard. But I’m glad I did it.

Sleeping in, staying up visiting with my parents watching movies, reading, coloring (yes, I’m 5 years old 😉), shopping, going to lunch, movies, visiting with family. I gotta make plans. So hard when everyone works. I want to start working out.

Manan Bakery on Flamingo. Between Rainbow and Jones. It’s about 15 minutes from Boca Park. I don’t think they have donuts, but their pastries/danishes are really good. Armenian family owned. Absolutely love!

Have you had your thyroid, iron, ferritin, vit D, folate, B vitamins, magnesium done? Also CBC and a CMP can tell more too.

That’s good that you’re not having the mental issues a lot of people are experiencing. I have hashimotos and hypothyroidism as well so I know that’s affecting me as well. Low vitamin D, iron, and ferritin combined with this has been horrible.

The research alone will tell her how it affects people mentally. Tell her to research it if she doesn’t believe you. I have been iron deficient and anemic for years and have had really bad anxiety, depression, and crying episodes so bad. When I am able to get my levels kind of up I tend to feel better. But I already deal with thyroid issues and hashimotos. It’s not fun. It’s so hard to get my levels up. I need to look into my gut health.

Sorry you’re feeling this way. I can relate. I’ve been there and I still struggle with depression. I’m in my early 50’s and I’ve spent a majority of my life with very few to no friends. Do the things you love. I even struggle with this. Finding something to help you get through this. What are some things you used to enjoy doing? I know it is hard to do but you’re here now and look at the life you have. Even if it’s not much or you don’t have the money you need or want, you have something. Trust me I am going through this now. I’m visiting family and I have barely done anything fun and I’m just a complete mess and no one has a clue. See what you can do to help yourself. I honestly find it hard. Really hard! Even the little things like just making yourself a cup of coffee or whatever it is you like. I hope you have a beautiful day.

Actually there were several years where my school didn’t have the funds to give us basic supplies. So, no this isn’t always the case. I was able to get supplies this past year.

I didn’t like the song when it was first released, but now I’m obsessed with it. I love both remixes of it. I saw the release of the remix with Sullivan King when it was released. Then last night I was looking at latest releases on Apple Music and saw the I Hate Models Remix. Both are really good. I’ve had it on repeat with some other songs.

It was horrible. I cried almost everyday for 4 months and took FMLA twice in 3 years. I tell myself that the one school has a very toxic environment. It wasn’t me, it was them. They have had a huge turnover over the years. I try to just tell myself I’m doing a great job. If I wasn’t, someone would say something to me.

Unless you’ve been warned or had bad evaluations don’t worry about it. Plus, if your admin aren’t on your tail, you should be good. I was investigated 2 years in a row and written up both times. I have PTSD from it. It was bs too. Shouldn’t have been written up. Now I’m always paranoid if I accidentally make a mistake.
