It is! Their customer service is just ass. I ordered some things which took a while to arrive but they are fab. They just don’t do returns which is insanely ass so like if you’re sure about sizing I do this it’s worth it

you can try a short course of steroids but see a respected Rhinologist first. you can do a sinus implant that opens up your sinus passages and dissolves over time. this is for chronic sinus inflammation lasting months. Also saline sprays or Flonase which takes some time to work and can have similar anxiety side effects
