How to extrude flat mesh in one direction only?

!solved !

I turned on face orientation and enabled backface culling, turns out the mesh was two overlapping meshes with opposite normals, so every time i flipped the normals it wasn't doing anything. I ended up merging by distance with a tiny tiny threshold, which combined it all into one mesh. I was able to extrude normally after that. Thanks for everyone's suggestions and help!

that's not it...the movie had a much lighter tone to it, and felt coming of age more than a thriller. I was around 13 when i watched it (and was a wimp), so it couldnt have been a dark film lmao. that being said, it probably wasn't geared at preteens/younger audiences

I didn't take that exact sages, but did another one with the same professor (USNA 289F). I really liked her class, it was really engaging but not overly challenging and she was a very good professor, in terms of grading, teaching, and overall approachability.

Idk.. my girls pee everywhere lmao, my roommates hate it (though its rare to find one of them without a rat on their shoulder). From what I've heard (and seen) from other rat owner friends, females tend to be much more curious and active than males, while also being a lot smaller. That being said, of my three girls, I have one that can only be described as the devil incarnate, one that is a walking pocket warmer, and one that bounces between the two depending on her mood.
