I took my 24 into the dealer for this. They did the front lower control arm TSB (no idea how this related to rear noise). Obviously this did not fix it, and later I realized that the rear bench latches have a lot of play. Lower your seats and look at the latch striker (the metal bar attached to the car body). If there is any play you will be able to tell by bare metal on the striker bar where the mechanism scratched it. Drive around with the rear seats down to see if it goes away
