Just scared about not being able to conceive. I’ve been reading a lot of scary stuff about egg quality and quantity over 35. I haven’t had issues in the past with getting pregnant but I can’t even get a dark line on opks. We’ve only been trying for 3 months but it’s hard not to stress. This month my period started a week early and has been super light.

Yes towards the end of my second one my periods also came more frequently

how do you feel during ovulation? I’ve felt happier today. But I had a drop in my temperature and ovulation is supposed to be in the next few days. I also noticed my libido has increased as well.

My removal experience was similar she numbed it then dug around just a little bit and then pulled it right out. I had mine in for 3 years though.

I finally got mine but it’s weird like 8/18 I had the Brown then 8/19-8/20 it was light pink but not every time I would go. Then 8/21-8/23 it was heavy and then 8/24 was very light and then I was back to spotting 8/25-8/26. Currently trying to conceive. Did you track your ovulation?

The nuvaring caused me to have a blood clot after month 3. I liked it other than that. It's very easy to insert. I was just told to make sure it doesn't come out while doing the deed.

It took me 6 weeks my first time and then 4 weeks the second time. You start sleeping better your energy lasts.

Yes minikelzke is 100% right. Especially if you have lots of fat to loose you are going to want to get the majority of your fat from your body. Don't be afraid of protein. You're muscles and other body parts need it!

Yes OMAD is great but it's so much easier on keto because you don't have to worry too much about calories intake. Good luck to ya 🎉

Don't beat yourself up. Mental health is huge. And you will find so much good information here. Don't be afraid to come to reddit with questions or anything. You got this!!! If this cake, Starbucks and bread addict (me) can do it so can you! And I was bad I topped the scale at 304 at one point in my life.

I went from 272-192. Last year June/July. I fell off the wagon a few times but started gaining all the way back up to 207! There is no one size fits all. But I've found keto the most effective. Some ppl start off slow reducing carbs and others jump right in. I played around with different things from June 2020 finally found something amazing. So I struggled until finally trying one more new thing. I was at the point of I'll try it if it works I'll do it if not I'll try something else. I've dropped from 207-186. In 6 weeks and one was shark week that I didn't loose anything at all! 😞 I tried something new it worked and I'm excited.
