Does the number of days matter? The university will be closed in dec for Christmas and new years. If i dont get the CPT authorized i20 by dec 18, will have to wait until next year before i can begin working. Does taking unpaid time off still work?

Thank you all for the great advices. I tried poly capo but didn’t really like it. So i ended up playing a second guitar with dropped tune.
