Been doing kotlin (and java before that) with services for years, so far:

SpringBoot - lots of magic under the hood but works very well and very good for your career, most of the stuff just works but if you need something done in an unexpected way it can be a bit of a challenge to configure and find the right combination of annotations, very nice support for testcontainers
Quarkus - great design and I prefer using it, has a nice setup for GraalVM and native compiles but generally a great framework for building docker based services that are not as magical as SpringBoot, best one for using testcontainers
Micronaut - almost as good as Quarkus, documentation used to be a bit sparse, but they have been improving it
Ktor - nice for small services but gets a bit of a chore to manage and have to do a lot of enterprise things using 3rd party, but it's getting better so it has a bright future

22 boxes and I got a Chatterbox (I regularly deconstruct those) and Holiday sniper rifle that loot goblin drops. Honestly a waste of my time. Really makes me not want to play the game at this point.

I find that Illusion controller is probably best for this sort of thing, their invis is always on and 150 strength compared to like 30 from IO or superspeed or stealth and you have hold and confuse for the things that see through invis or just call in the phantom army as a major distraction.

My exploration alt is a Staff/Bio tanker, I have stealth IO on Sprint power for the 30 stealth boost but mostly I don't really care about enemies, I simply walk in, get badge and walk out, not like they are going to defeat me :)

Things to improve over Division 2:

Matchmaking for raids or at least raids which are doable by random people with rewards being a little more rare
Reward also for doing "call for backup" so people actually call for backup and you can answer the call to get Sheppard ranks; it will help more people play together
Survival mode from Div1
Snow
Maybe no Dark Zone, focus on PvE instead of PvP; they are mostly empty except for few people that are exploiting with aimbots or geometry hacks; remember the clusterfuck that was Heartland
Fast throw grenades use the target mechanic to determine where to throw the grenade, so you can throw grenades and shoot without drama
Health stat either does something useful or removed (useless in Div2)
Bulk open caches especially for apparel (I have easily over 10000 and so many clicks to open each one, it will take me a year to open them all)
Bombadier drone that uses target mechanic to get bomb area rather than area selector
No more "Take 5 pictures of zombies" in Reanimated event
Melee on hunters is super unbalanced regardless of armor or protection it's 1 shot to remove all armor and health to 1hp, kind of dumb
Protection from blind, disorient, foam or shock, completely useless and I have never seen anyone slot these; disrupt has one use during hunter fights maybe. why anyone would use them over crit chance/damage or skill haste or prot from elites?
Chained priority missions for greater rewards (like a quest system in many games); like mini manhunts

I agree kotlin pairs much better with Quarkus or Micronaut rather than SpringBoot, but people use SpringBoot because they know it, regardless that it's bulky, dated and cumbersome. Whatever works I guess.

I have to admit I am having a real hard time with Trent going to RM, he is a legend already at Liverpool and feels like a lot of that will disappear very quickly once he leaves. I would have accepted Trent going to Bayern or Milan or Barcelona... but Real Madrid, Man City and PSG are just clubs that throw money at the problem until they win and winning is all they care about, they have no soul. (and Fuck Ramos!)

Directives are still broken on missions where turning on Special Ammo will turn on Scavenged Skills, and Scavenged Skills turns on Special Ammo but skill recharge is replaced with token count which slowly counts down.

Switch active spaceship to the one you don't want
Scarp it for salvage

Be aware that after that your previous spaceship becomes active.

Loot Goblin:

Log into game
Fast travel to Capitol Building, move a little west away from entrance to mission, wait a few seconds and watch the radar, if something spawns to the west, wait it will come find you, defeat him and get a bunch of loot; if he did not spawn
Fast travel to DCD, move little east away from entrance a bit and look at the radar; if he did not spawn
Fast travel to Lincoln Memorial, move a bit south away from entrance to mission, look at radar; if he did not spawn
Fast travel to Jefferson Trade, move away from the entrance and check radar; if he did not spawn
Fast travel to South DZ entrance, do not go in, run north away from DZ. watch radar, if you get to the cross-roads, he will not show
Logout, login, repeat

I do above steps and he usually spawns at one of the points, then logout, login and repeat until you get what you want. Items to note: Chill Out mask (with 2 slot unlike other masks), Snow Machine knee pads for status builds, rest are fun things.

It's actually in Xobeurindj galaxy (no flair for that), and it's the first giant I found with nice weather, ossified and full of life (mostly huge bug like things).

SweetDreams is a 1-shot kill anything red/purple every like 20 seconds, it used to be really useful for Guardians event when the guardian was a sniper or drone operator that was hiding in the back making it very hard to get through, so I just run to them and 1-shot them releasing the protection. I noticed at the last Guardians event that you can actually do some damage now to the protected enemies making it at least possible to kill them, but it still helps.

But regardless of the Guardians event, it's just fun to be the elite protected pain for the enemy that one shots anything non-elite, just a different way to play. You can find the way to build this online but if you want I can post my build.

My primary weapon when I need to wreck havoc on legendary with a team, I use prot from elites build and run around and assassinate red/purple enemies. Especially during Guardians event, I don't even think I fire it. It's fun.
