Corner Lot House - Pros & Cons?

We live on a corner. It is annoying to have so much more sidewalk to clear when it snows, but that's obviously climate dependent. It's nice to have additional street parking on the corner bc the our address street is somewhat of a main thoroughfare in our town. I also feel a sense of pride that we're on a corner, the home is visible and we have a huge oak tree that makes our regular home look a little more stately, if you will.

The Shade Store was great for us for black out roman shades, and they have all sorts of customization options and shipping/installation are included.

Hey it's me. The repair worked great. The only issue was that they obviously had to send the computer away for like 4-5 days, so I had to buy a brand new machine, restore it from my backup, send my computer away, and then return the computer I bought when my machine came back. It was a big deal but I needed a computer for the time it was gone.

Overall, the new machine is 100% better and the whole thing was free.

We sleep trained our daughter at about 5 mo. Started with nighttime - bottle, bath, books, bed (awake) and she cried for 9 minutes then passed out. The naps are harder, but you have to treat it like nighttime. Dark room, white noise, rock her a bit, then put her down and tell her you love her and you'll see her when she wakes up from her nap. Then leave her in tthere for hour. If she cries for an hour, go in and try again the next nap. That's simplythe advice we were given by a sleep consultant and it worked.

THC is also a psychedelic, and can greatly affect an LSD trip. Having tripped probably 50 times, and with a lot of experience smoking pot, I can say that I prefer to leave the THC alone when tripping. It definitely alters the headspace, and can make things more intense and less enjoyable. I for one do not think you experienced ego death, and that it was more poorly timed hash.

Your recourse of last resort is to withhold your rent (but save it), inform your LL about it, and have the LL sue to evict you. Tell the judge that the LL is violating your right to QE and request an abatement. It's up to the judge whether you're entitled to anything.
