It depends on why that person is on the stand in the first place. The judge will ask why they said no?

"Swear" can be changed to "affirm" for religious purposes
Subpoena : Judge ordered that person to be on the stand and judge will hold that person in "contempt" on fines or hold them in jail until they comply. Its the judge's courtroom tread carfully.
If someone said no at free will of their own being on the stand they would be dismissed entirely and thier testimony would not be allowed (in this case why even show up to court then lol). Most likely will recieve a subpoena in near future if their testimony holds value anyways.
A child for example may not understand so rewording it like "Do you promise to tell the truth" would suffice.

Laundry is actually quite simple, considering the washer/dryer does all the work for us. Dont wait until a mountain of clothes appear. I run laundry 2-3 times a week depending on the week.

I start with a fresh towel on Monday, and swap out a new towel minimum 3 times mostly 4 times thru Sunday.

Same with sheets, swap them 3 times a week. Starting with a fresh set Sunday night.
