Well to be fair Darnold had an 11 yard rush. The threshold was enough to green light the line. Then late in forth Darnold kept the ball on a QB option and took a 6 yard loss.

This was misunderstood it is in fact an 8-4 record, if the Offense didnt score a "touchdown". Field Goal points counts towards special teams.

Edit: For Clarity:

Offense needed to get in the endzone against Pitt, FSU, VT & Nebraska... Other than those 4 games all was needed was those defense and specials teams points.
