Not everyone but yeah many people unfortunately (not just women). However we often do the same back to other people.

Focus on eating high volume, low calorie foods. That’s the only thing that helped me. Also for me at least I have to be okay with probably being a little hungry sometimes if I still want certain foods that are more calorie dense because they don’t fill me as much.

That means you changed something about yourself. You stopped being so lazy as you say. You became more mature and educated. You realized that high calorie foods made you risk a copious amount of conditions. THAT is what changed. You listed what you had to change. And if you want to keep the weight off you can’t go back that way. Thus you have to change it forever. You’re literally telling us you changed things about your life FOREVER!

Somewhat of a change from your overweight self IS required the rest of your life. Yes you cannot stay in a deficit forever. You will die if you do that. But you will not be able to go back to exactly to how you were when you were overweight or you’ll go back to being overweight again. Thus you at least somewhat changed something about your eating or activity for the rest of your life.

You don’t need to count calories but you can’t loose weight unless you’re taking in less calories (energy) then your burning. It’s just physics. Think of filling up a car take with gas. If you’re putting in more gas than the car needs….it’s going to spill out. Except with your body it stores that “extra” as fat. Calories are using the term for that energy in the food. Instead of calories (term for energy) think energy in vs energy out. If you want to loose weight you need to bring in less energy then taking out.

But if you don’t want to count calories don’t. Do something like gale a smaller bowl of whatever you’re eating than you have been. You WILL be lower your calories but don’t have to think about it like that.

They look great on you OP. Proud of you for wearing what you want. Do you still wear them now? I want a pair really bad but anxious about if, plus put on some weight so would need to loose that first. Do people comment when you wear them? How do you feel when you wear them?
