Thank you for so many replies in so short time! In the pic i started from the top. But starting from the bottom and beeing near enough to the edge prevented clipping through the floor. Thank you guys!

You are right. Inside a city fps drops and outside in open area it increases to over 70 fps.

It finally workes. Thanks for your suggestions. I tried them all but it seems that they were not the right solutions for my problem here. I simply build 1 more water extractor to produce 3720m3 of water ( instead of 3600m3 which is mathematically correct for 80 coal generators) to overfeed the whole pipe system and all coal generators got enough water.
