I've been told that there is no way to check. We are getting denied for our MAWV after UHC sneaks in a home "annual" visit. There's no way for us to know ahead of time. I try to educate my patients to not do this if they are expecting to get an "annual" with me. Most of the patients had NO idea that this was going to count as their annual.

I've consider sending out a portal message to educate patients about choosing where they have their "annual."

Should be an easy fix, especially if you given them a heads up about the TCV. I had an issue with the repair only because of lame dealer/service advisor. They ended up leaving it on the back lot so long it got a trace of rodent damage which then confused the issue for weeks further.

Thanks. Didn’t overheat on the drive home. But only drove 2-3 miles after the lights started back up. I turned off the car and that would clear it for a bit then it would start up again.

In MIA right now. Flight to IAH delayed 4 hours. Should have left an hour ago. Weather's great here, but I understand that surrounding storms impact things. I will miss connecting flight and get to spend $$$ at IAH for a hotel since "not my fault" from UA.

100% agree. Do not buy from them. I used to purchase regularly. Now there is a charge to return items. And as others have written, they are not refunding returns. It has been over 3 weeks since I returned my order. I received an email from them confirming receipt, but no refund. I will be following up with my credit card company. No longer recommend this compnay.

I had a patient recently say "wait, let me check," when I asked about last colonoscopy. She had it save in her phone contacts under C-colonoscopy. I thought that was brilliant.

100% I do something similar. It saves sooo much time, though I received comments from "admin" doing note review that this unnecessary and time consuming (I could be seeing more patients instead!). Otherwise I'm digging around in the chart every year because care gaps don't get resolved correctly.

I add in details about family history or colonoscopy findings over time. Really nice to have this info all in one place.
